The Garden Room (just off J27 M1)

Small well equipped space for one guest. Not suitable for Children or animals. Private access. Living area, breakfast station. Ensuit shower room. Small double sized sofabed, TV, DVD, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric multi cooker. Tea, coffee, milk and cereals provided. Fresh bedding & towels. On street parking. Quiet residential area, local shops & train station. Sherwood Business Park, Coxmoor and Hollinwell golf clubs, Newstead Abbey nearby. Private fully furnished & equipped ensuite room which overlooks the garden. The sofa pulls out into a small double size bed, ideal for one guest. There's a lovely big shower cubicle with shampoo and shower gel provided. The Garden Room is a small, compact but well equipped area which comfortably accommodates one person. No children allowed. It is private where you can have peace and quiet without being disturbed. Guests have total privacy in the garden room and can use the outside patio area, garden and summer house to relax. The Garden room is located at the back of the house; down the driveway between the two houses and through the wrought iron gates. There's a keysafe box on the wall outside the Garden room door. Each guest will be given a personal access code to obtain the key and let themselves in. Guests can park directly outside my house. There are parking places on the street alongside the long walls on either side of the street. Please don't park outside my neighbours house as they do use their own parking space, so if there is no free parking space directly outside my house, there is always plenty of space on the street just slightly further down on both sides along the walled areas. I will communicate with guests prior to check in with the keysafe code and any other relevant details. Various cereals and milk is provided. Any questions please don't hesitate to message me. This accommodation is small but well equipped for the convenience of the business and leisure traveller. It is a quiet neighbourhood on the outskirts of Kirkby in Ashfield. There are shops, pubs, parks and some lovely walks within 5 - 10 minutes walking. Local park area for walks and some lovely Tea Shops just 5 minutes walk away. Also plenty of other eateries in town. The M1 motorway is 10 minutes drive and the local train station is 10 - 15 minutes walk away and runs between Worksop and Nottingham at 30 minute intervals. Sherwood Business Park and Newstead Abbey, Coxmoor and Hollinwell golf clubs are 5 - 10 minutes drive. PLEASE READ FULL LISTING BEFORE BOOKING TO MAKE SURE THE PLACE SUITS YOUR NEEDS The best way to get around is by car or walking. Taxi rank is within 5 minutes walking or bus stop at the end of the street. The train station is about 15 minutes walk and East Midlands airport is about 30 minutes drive. Check-in is 2pm onwards. Check-out is 11am. I'm flexible with check-out if no same day incoming guests are due. If other guests are due the same day then check out has to be 11am to allow time for cleaning etc.. Please contact me if you do require later check out. Guests are free to come, go and stay in the room as they please during their reservation dates.
