The living room and the equipped kitchen are on the ground floor while the bedroom (king size bed), bathroom and separate toilet are under the roof, accessed by staircase. Accessed via a long poplar-lined alley, it lies between a copse and an open garden (1.2 hectares) of Clairseine Guesthouse. Le Nid (the Nest) has been renovated to the highest contemporary standards. The duplex is full of charm and situated in one of the most outstanding sites of natural beauty on the Seine, where nature and the river are untouched. The duplex is independent and has its own private garden and terrace. Access straight on to the river banks and a path along the Seine. Tournedos-sur-Seine is a small quiet village on the Seine river, with beautiful and typical Normandy properties along the banks. Located 4 kms from Le Vaudreuil/Val-de-Reuil (with its train station, 1h10 mn from Paris). Around 1h15 by car from Paris and 30 mn from Rouen (via Autoroute A13, exit 18 or 19). Close to the the Vaudreuil and Léry golf courses, Giverny, Rouen, Chateau-Gaillard (Les Andelys), Biotropica, wild bird sanctuary, and 1 hour's drive to Honfleur, Deauville/Trouville and their nearby beaches.
