A tranquil home in the countryside with rural views and extensive private off-street parking. The airy south-facing room is triple glazed, centrally-heated via a Smart control system, and features a comfortable queen-sized bed and a writing desk. You have your own front door and we will provide breakfast each morning in our dining room, or if the weather’s nice, in the secluded garden. The city of Cambridge is about 20 to 25 mins away by car or bus, so great for commuting or visiting the city. South facing room with double aspect, a Queen-size bed, desk and dressing table. Newly installed en suite shower and WC, but if you prefer a bath there is a bathroom in the nextdoor room. The room has plenty of hanging space, a fridge with icebox, and tea & coffee making facilities. All rooms are triple glazed and centrally heated. Allergy sufferers please be aware that there are three cats in the house. Due to our rural location we are most easily accessed by car and have plenty of secure parking in our large private drive. Our house is set in 3 acres of grounds in a small village with a church and a local pub that does Thai food to eat in or take away. There is a network of footpaths around the village offering delightful rural walks to Eltisley, Gransden, Bourn and beyond, as well as a public 220-acre nature reserve just north east of the village. The town of Cambourne is a few minutes by car or a 15 minute walk away, and has a selection of takeaways, a supermarket and a pub. We are a short drive from the popular wedding venue Longstowe Hall, and Gransden Lodge gliding club. Frequent bus service from Cambourne to Cambridge, many footpaths in and around the village. St Neots and Royston railway stations are 15 minutes away by car and provide frequent services to Royston, Gatwick, the South Coast and the North of England.
