Self contained studio apartment with own entrance & private parking. Double bed, open plan sitting area with TV/DVD player, shower room & kitchenette area with fridge, microwave, kettle & toaster . Electric fan Small guest bed. If required, let us know when you book, so we can have it set up. Travel cot if required ( but bring your own cot bedding) Please note that there is no oven or hob, and microwave is the only cooking facility. Dog friendly - but PLEASE let us know when booking Only a few minutes walk from World Heritage site at New Lanark and ideally suited if you are attending events there or at the New Lanark Hotel. We also have had many guests staying with us who are attending events at the Lanark Memorial Hall, Lanark Auction or at the nearby Equestrian Centre. Only 10 minutes walk from Lanark railway station, centrally located between Glasgow and Edinburgh. Many guests find us a convenient stopover on trips between England and the Highlands and Islands - but why not book a longer stay and enjoy the beautiful countryside, and easy access to both east and west of Scotland? Our front garden is fully enclosed, with safe off road parking and also ideal if you are travelling with pets. As we live in the adjoining property, we are always available for advice or local recommendations - but equally you can be entirely self contained if you wish. Due to COVID restrictions, the key will be left in the lock for your arrival, to ensure that there are no issues with social distancing. When you leave, please leave the key inside the door. Countyside location, but only minutes from market town Equally handy for car, bus, train or bicycle. Plenty of scenic walks in the immediate vicinity (Falls of Clyde) as well as Tinto Hill , only a short car journey away for the more adventurous Numerous dog walks close by - just ask us... Please note that the central heating radiators are linked to the system in our main house. This means that ( although the annexe radiators have thermostatic valves allowing them to be turned up or down or off) the heating will only come on when ours does. Generally between October and April, as a minimum we will have heating on early in the morning and again in the evening. If you wish us to put the heating on at other times, there will be an additional fee payable directly to us. You are welcome to bring your dog, but they cannot be left on their own in the annexe and we would ask that you keep them off the furniture. We provide a cleanliness care package, including kitchen roll, anti bacterial wipes and spray, and hand sanitizer. We would ask that you leave the flat by 10am, in order that we can comply with Airbnb regulations about the length of time before we should enter the flat to clean before the next guest.
