Nice and quiet setting in a beautiful rural area

Our guestroom is open for Ukrainian refugees (for free). In our region you will find many quiet cyclepaths and footpaths throughout the rural area with plenty of nature. You can discover woodlands, heathlands, farmland, lakesides and its marshes as well as nice villages like Noordlaren and Zuidlaren. There are also many birdspecies to be found. The historical, academic and lively town of Goningen is situated at 15 minutes by car, by bus and at 30 minutes by bicycle. Nice bright room with two beds, an extra sofa bed, a big cupboard, a table and four chairs. Private entry for our clients/guests via our front-door. Next to your room you will find a small kitchen with a coffee maker, a cooker, a microwave oven, a refrigerator etcetera. The toilet is private for our clients and is situated adjacent to the room. The bathroom is nearby and is to be shared with the residents. - Parking (taxfree) on the drive next to our house. - The guestroom, kitchen and toilet are private for our guests. - The bathroom is shared. If you like, feel free to ask informations about the house, the customs, and of course about our part of the country as well as about the city of Groningen. The host is a well-informed birdwatcher and will be pleased to indicate interesting places to go in order to enjoy birds and beautiful nature. There are two bus lines connecting our region with the cities of Groningen to the north and Assen to the south in about 30 minutes. the 51 (Qbuzz) Is not very frequent, but passes at 300 meters from our home, busstop 'Osdijk'. The 50 (Qbuzz) passes during daytime two times every hour by Glimmen, busstop 'Oude Schoolweg'. From there (or vice versa) there are 20 minutes by foot to our address. If you like it will often be possible to come and get you to or from Glimmen by car. There is a supplementary touristtax of €1.50 per person per night. We can provide you on demand a nice Dutch breakfast for €7,- per person.
