Our house is spacious but warm and inviting. And you can choose to use as little or as much of it as you wish. There are discounts available for smaller group sizes only using 1 of the 5 bedrooms. You have a choice of 2 living rooms both equipped with sky Q and a smart TV so you can log into your Netflix or Amazon viewing. A large range of children’s DVD and toys of you are bringing children and a great outdoor space for young children to enjoy. Unlimited High speed WiFi thought-out the house, code provided. The outdoor space also features a new covered eating area with comfortable lounge seating and dining table for lovely alfresco enjoyment. Our house feature two downstairs bedrooms and 1 bathroom, upstairs there is a further 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All areas except for the garage are accessible to our guests. We will be available to check you in and show you round. Then after check in we will not be available in person but will be contactable on email. Peppard common is in the Chilterns on the border of Oxfordshire and Berkshire. A quiet, tranquil very private setting but with all the conveniences just a stones throw away. Access to miles of walks direct from the doorstep. And historic Henley-on-Thames just 10 minutes drive away. The handy village of Sonning common just 2 minute drive which has doctors, co op, post office, pharmacy, vets, curry house, Chinese, fish and chip shop, off licence and local butchers. And the well renown ‘Grey Hound’ pub just 100m down the road. There is a bus stop 50m from the house which gives access to Reading and Wallingford. Guests have use of Lavazza coffee machine, starter pack of essentials (laundry tabs, dishwasher tabs, toilet and kitchen roll, tea, coffee, sugar salt and olive oil, milk, and a special settling in treat on arrival). Fresh linen on arrival and towels provided. A cleaning service is possible mid stay so you do all the relaxing, an extra £50 charge. Complimentary use of the large Weber has BBQ. Space for 4 cars in a secure drive. A utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge freezer. This is our family home so it’s is equipped with everything you could need interns of cooking, relaxing and playing.
