Olive Grove House is a beautiful and peaceful 4 acre residence located in an archeologically protected area, with a private garden and a unique view to the cosmopolitan harbor of Porto Cheli. The estate is located 5 minutes away on foot from the sea and provides an astonishing 180° view and sunset from all around the estate. Olive Grove is a one level elegant minimal design modern estate which has a sleeping capacity of up to 6 persons as follows: Before entering the house, there is a pergola on the first veranda with a rounded six-seater couch and a coffee table and there is a second higher balcony with a table and six chairs to relax and enjoy the view. Once you enter the house, you come across a luxurious high ceiling living room which has a lovely view of the sea, decorated with luxurious paintings consisting of a fireplace, a comfortable couch, a very large comfortable armchair and other luxurious furniture, a large 50’ flat screen smart TV (including a Netflix guest account), a bar filled with drinks, a dining table that seats 6, air condition and two independently controlled ceiling fans. Behind the living room to the right side is a fully equipped kitchen with a brick arch providing a semi open space to the living (Website hidden by Airbnb) kitchen is fully equiped and there are three type of coffee machines including a nespresso coffee machine as well as washing machine, dish washer, etc. The house hosts three bedrooms under the following specifications: On the left of the main entrance area /living room, the house includes two bedrooms each of them with double beds including their own bathrooms (one of them is en–suite small bathroom) wardrobes and flat sceen TVs. The bedroom to the left has a breathtaking view of the sea and natural scenery surrounding the estate while the other of the mediterranean nature. Behind the living room, independent from the other two bedrooms lies the master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom, flat screen TV and wardrobe. All abovementioned rooms have individually controlled air condition, ceiling fans and wi-fi. The house is both ideal for friends, couples but also for children accommodation as the master bedroom is spacious enough to fit an extra bed and/or crib which may be provided upon relevant request. The panoramic view of the residence from both lower and upper balconies is magnificent, almost breathtaking and the green landscape and blue sea gives a complete feeling of calmness, tranquility, quietness and absolute privacy making it an excellent choice for relaxing vacations. Upon arrival guests will find a manual and a Guide book, where they can find all necessary details during their stay; indicatively restaurants, transportation, activities, maps, beaches, boat or car rentals, historical and cultural information, excursions, special occasions/events, health and safety etc. Also, the host is always available for any inquiries in order to assist you and ensure you are having an enjoyable holiday. There is a private gated parking at the property for 4 cars. The uniqueness of the estate is that it is neighbor- free and has complete privacy and quietness as it is located in an archeological area where no other houses can be built. The private spacious garden is a wonder of colorful natural scenery with a variety of mediterranean olive, pine and other trees and all types of flowers providing a soothing feeling completing the astonishing view. Activities like jogging, fishing, cannoying, and water sports can easily take place. The property is ideal for both families and friends and pets are more than welcome. The unused acres surrounding the house and a road leading to a dead end where no cars cross/pass makes it a perfect place for risk free endless playing and fun for children as well as a natural and healthy environment for pets to run and play in the nature and the sea. The house has a proximity to all the famous and luxury resorts such as Nikki Beach Resort & Spa (3 min drive or 15 min walk from the house) from which you can also take a sea taxi or boat to Spetses. The area is among the most popular of Argolida, attracting many local and international celebrities every year. From the house you can easily visit the famous island of Spetses via Costa port using a sea taxi or boat (24/7) as well as plan a day trip to the Ancient Theater of Epidaurus (1 hour away). The estate is in a perfectly convenient location with less than 10 minutes drive to both the heart of Porto Cheli town and Costa harbor.
