Cozy Home adjacent to Park in Pickerington

Our home is in a quiet neighborhood in a suburb of Columbus and sits right on a large & lovely park with a view from the den/patio. You will have access to the large back yard with a patio and grill + fire ring and park. Pickerington is located 30 minutes from the airport, Downtown Columbus, the Arena district, the Short North, OSU campus and the beautiful Hocking Hills region. I aim to make you feel right at home! Also - I use a Uvilizer in addition to cleaning to sterilize rooms. The main area for guests is very private and much like a basement apt. It has a queen bed + large TV, lounge furniture and some light workout equipment . There is also a 2nd bedroom with a double bed that is available sometimes. The common areas like the den, kitchen, dining area, patio, and back yard are all available to guests. The park is accessible from the back yard. Also, I am willing to provide transportation for a minimal fee in some cases - just inquire. Also, we now have 2 cats. You will have access through the front door during the hours of 8am to 10pm during the weekdays and later on the weekends. Parking is available in the driveway or on the street. I am available to interact and possibly go out and/or be your chauffeur to local spots or the Columbus area provided that I am not working. There are some local places to check out nearby and I am familiar with many neighborhoods of Columbus. Pickerington is a suburb which has a very small quaint little town with lots of green space as well as a long commercial strip with plenty to eat, see, drink, and shop. I will be happy to give some suggestions for Unique places in the area. Easy access to many areas by car and/or uber. I am about 30 miles from the airport. Covid Special - Camping is available in the back yard. Guests will have access to the grill, patio, back yard, fire pit, restroom and of course the park. Columbus and the surrounding areas have so much to do and I am happy to help you with information about restaurants, festivals, shopping, hiking, etc. There are some unique and somewhat hidden gems nearby that might be difficult to locate w/o some guidance! If you are interested in venturing to Hocking Hills, I am familiar with that area as well.
