This contemporary art design apartment for a group or work team is located in an apartment building in the countryside but close to all proximities. A short drive takes you to Esch/Belval (RBC, University of Luxembourg, Rockhal) and Sanem (Kronospan). Luxembourg City is reached in a 15-20 minutes drive. Arriving by car? We offer Free on-site Parking. You're renting a 2-bedroom apartment. The 2 bedrooms come with 2 Twin beds or 1 Double bed, a closet, an office desk and free Wifi. Bed linen, towels and other amenities are included. The apartment has a balcony, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with living-room & TV where you can relax after a day of work or exploring the area. If some of the dates you are searching for are not available or need more rooms, simply let us know. We might be able to accommodate you in a different apartment. Wi-Fi available in the entire building, so you can catch up with friends or on work at any time. We offer Free on-site parking. No reservation needed. Most of the times, you won't see us at the space due to other commitments. However, we're just a phone call away and always happy to help, offer advice, or assist with whatever will make your stay more comfortable. Please don't hesitate to reach out at any time! The apartment house is located in the countryside. Here guests can relax if they're on a holiday or recover from a hard day at work. On the same time, guests are very close to all proximities: - In a 2 minutes drive guests can reach Mondercange with restaurants, wine bar and pharmacy. - In 5 minutes you reach Foetz with Shopping Malls, Fitness Studio, Restaurants and the motorway to Luxembourg City. - Also in 5 minutes reach, is Esch/Alzette and Esch/Belval with Shops, Restaurants and Bars, Fitness Studios, Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), University of Luxembourg, Cinemas and the Rockhal. - By car you reach Luxembourg City in 15-20 mins. Busline 17 and 332 are across the street. These lines go to Esch/Belval, RBC and the University of Luxembourg, Esch/Alzette and Luxembourg City. The railstation is also reached with these bus lines. If guests arrive by car they can use our free on-site parking. Reservation is not necessary. Prior to your arrival, you will receive a code to open the main entrance door. As a courtesy, you can drop off your luggage in our common area before you check-in or leave it there until the evening after check-out. This way, you can enjoy the city without having to worry about luggage. Please note that it will be in the public view and we're not liable for it, however.
