Summerhouse on Djurö

Welcome to our summer house on Djurö! The house consists of two houses with a total of 5 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room and dining room, 1 toilet (combustion toilet), 2 bathrooms (1 shower) and a sauna. The kitchen, dining area and living room are connected to a large social area and here you also have the opportunity to open the doors to the terrace. You can easily get here by car, but you can also take the bus from Slussen (Stockholm) to Djurö Skola a short kilometer away. Welcome! Here we have spent our summers childhood and want to say that it is the perfect place for those who want to get away from town and out in the archipelago, yet close to very close. The houses are located with a large wooded deck, with plenty of light and sun and for those who want, a lot of activity. You have access to badminton rackets, boccia and kubbs, and for the little ones there are swings, sandbox and a tree house. Here are lots of blueberries, lunchtime and lingon if you are in the right season. You spend the summertime completely free during the time you rent. You live within walking distance to two fine sandy beaches and you are close to Djurö village where there is a general store, flower shop, hairdresser and bakery (can recommend getting up in the morning and buying a brand new Djurölimpa. It's crazy good! You have several restaurants within close proximity - Motorverkstan, Vita grindarna, Djurönäset, Sjöboden, Björkås pizzeria and Munkens café. The easiest way to get there is by car, but you can also take the bus from Slussen (Stockholm) to Djurö town a few kilometers away. If you want to spend day trips in the archipelago, you can easily either go to Stavsnäs or Sollenkroka to take the archipelago ferries to the islands.
