Surrounded by a large and well-kept garden equipped with table, chairs, and barbecue for outdoor dining, the house offers two living areas and two kitchens on the ground floor, while the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first floor. The property consists of two independent units, that are not connected internally. Some rooms have an equipped panoramic terrace, where you can relax while admiring suggestive views of the sea and the gulf. A large and welcoming porch directly overlooks the cliff below, making this place the perfect solution for an unforgettable vacation. This is also an ideal starting point to visit this part of Calabria rich in natural and cultural beauties, from here in a short time you can reach the most appreciated tourist resorts like Soverato, called "Pearl of the Ionian Sea" and center of social life thanks to its seafront with clubs, discos and restaurants, or the characteristic historic center of Stalettì, from which you can admire a panorama from Isola Capo Rizzuto to Punta Stilo. Near the house there are all kinds of services. In 40 minutes by car you reach the international airport of Lamezia Terme. Four-legged friends are welcome.
