Cottage situated on edge of village, car parking, also locked cycle parking for 2 bicycles available. Norwich, Kings Lynn, North Norfolk coast & Holkham Hall, Thursford & Fakenham Racecourse all nearby. Seating in garden available for guests use and breakfast can be served either in kitchen or on outside patio (weather permitting). Owners are available for any help required by guests if needed. As well as information & recommendations about location & local facilities. Quiet edge of residential neighbourhood with village pub 3 mins walk away. This is a rural area so the only practical way to get around is really by car. There is private off road parking at the property. Guest room is situated up one flight of stairs.
