Cozy little house in a perfect location!

Charming, quiet and comfortable house very near downtown Moline. Two bedrooms, full kitchen, bathroom and w/d. Reliable wi-fi, free cable and desk/workspace. All the comforts of home in a great location--less than a mile from TaxSlayer and downtown. Private parking, yard with patio and bbq/grill. Fully fenced backyard for your pooch! There's also a dog park with an agility course right down the hill on 15th Street & 8th Avenue. If your furry friend is feline, cat(s) welcome too! This sweet little house in a fantastic location is great for a weekend of special events downtown or a longer stay. It has everything you need for a cozy evening of staying in, and is 1 mile to all the events and restaurants downtown Moline has to offer. All of the house and yard. Extra blankets, pillow and towels can be found in the master bedroom closet. Extra towels and wash cloths can also be found under the bathroom sink. You can tell towels are important. :-) This house is in a neighborhood right up the hill from downtown. Great restaurants abound: Thai, Mexican (1 block), German, Vietnamese, breweries, fine dining, Jimmy john's and more. Lots more! This little spot is perfect if you're a walker. Downtown is an easy walk down the hill (although you do have to get back up!), and there are two nearby bus routes that provide frequent service to and from downtown. The #20 blue route bus is a super convenient route between the airport and downtown. You can also pick up the #59 maroon route to go downtown on 12th Avenue. For car access, you can park next to the garage or in front of the house, where there is ample on-street parking. There is easy access to I-74 and other major road networks. Most parking after office hours downtown is free (except occasionally during TaxSlayer events). The house is NO SMOKING. The Wifi name and password are contained in the listing under "Resources".
