The development itself is situated in one of the most sought after areas of Pizzo close to all amenities; most notably nearby are shopping amenities, train station, restaurants, Parks, and conveniently the Water Park in under 15 minutes’ drive away, perfect for a fun-filled family day out. This complex is quite established and has a nice mix of residents and holiday makers. There is also beautiful communal swimming pool with sea views. #borgonovo This property is managed by a professional management company who will provide assistance through your stay. We also provide an information point should you require information on local excursions and also provide an emergency number in the case of accidents or injury. Generally, one week before arrival we will make contact by email to arrange check-in. Someone will meet you at the property, explain how everything works and essentially give you a quick introduction to the area and the development. We will try and share as much knowledge as possible to that you can enjoy you stay as much as possible. Electricity is charged as an extra. We charge 30 cent per KW used. I imagine that during your stay it will be no more than 15 or 20 euro. Furthermore, these properties are slightly elevated so you always have a nice fresh breeze in the evening.
