Maddie’s flat is self contained within a mansion house. It consists of 3 bedrooms (queen, double & twin beds) a sitting room, kitchen/diner and bathroom/utility. It was renovated a few years ago to a very high standard. The flat will hold 5 adults or 6 people if there are children in the party due to bed sizes. Gas central heating and underfloor heating in kitchen and bathroom. Due to this being a flat within the main house some household noise may be heard. Low occupancy rates considered
