Washing machine and clothes line as required. Safe, enclosed Garden area available if pets brought. Guest have the entire bungalow for complete privacy. Access is via a lock box located by the door. Code will be sent the day before stays. Guests have the option to be left completely alone or if they would like advice, hosts are local and happy to be contacted. Very close to Newark show ground which hosts multiple events during the year. 15 minute drive to Lincoln and 5 minutes to Newark. Free parking available in front of the property. Very close to Collingham Train Station 100m walk away. Good transport links, with bus stop just outside to both Newark and Lincoln.
