Modern living space in a quiet residential area, within walking distance to the Sandhurst Royal Military Academy & local shops. Ascot, Windsor, Legoland, Thorpe Park & Chessington all within drivable distance. 25 min walk to train station & hop on a train into central London via Reading. Self check in with allocated parking space. As its our home we do have some house rules. The key ones being: NO smoking, NO pets & NO parties. Only agreed named & number of guest to be in/on our property The whole house will be yours to use including a private rear and front garden. You will have freedom of the whole house to yourself. All we ask is that you are considerate to the neighbours as it terrace premises and you treat our home as you would your own. Lounge/Dining room Kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine and Tassimo machine as well as various utensil and pots and pans Conservatory 1 room with a double bed 1 room with two single beds 1 room with children's bunk beds Bathroom Garden with rear garden having a small table and chairs We reside close to the property so may pop by and say hi but we like to you to respect your privacy by often providing access code entry upon arrival. If however you have any question or queries we are happy to help. The Royal Military Academy is in close proximity so much so, sometimes you can hear them practising. This makes Avocet an ideal location for those that are visiting friends or family for ceremonies and events. The RMA also open their gates to the public once a year, usually around June. It is a well attended event full of military entertainment and delicious food stalls as well. Sometimes you can hear them practising their manoeuvres from the garden. Farnborough is also only a short drive so if you have business, attending the Farnborough Air show, have flights from either Farnborough or Black Bushe Airport or just visiting for business, Avocet is a convenient place .
