The Lily Pond House. On the Little Beaverkill.

Sun-drenched with a pared down boho vibe sitting stream-side on the Little Beaverkill river. There is direct access to the Beaverkill from the yard, where you can lounge in the hammock, splash while sitting in tubes in the stream, BBQ on our propane grill or roast marshmallows in the fire pit. The home has a projector with Roku for TV watching and movies, a fully stocked kitchen with anything you could need for a gourmet home cooked meal and plenty of seating for lazy days. Entire house, deck, yard, fire pit, propane BBQ, driveway, and river/creek front access directly from the yard to the little beaverkill where you can float, splash or just hang out in and by the river! There is a hammock and tubes for the river. Inside we have a fully stocked kitchen and books and records for you to read and listen to while you are here, along with bored games and children’s toys. There is a projector with roku (Amazon Netflix’s Disney plus) available for guest for movie nights after a day of outdoor fun! And we have a clothes steamer if you have an event you are attending. We also have a/c’s in every bedroom and one that cools the entire downstairs. And have great heat for the winter and a pellet stove. Guest have access to entire house and full range of yard and river front by our home. We ask that guests are respectful and don’t venture off onto other peoples property and that they leave our locked storage closets and cabinets alone. We are available by messenger and have a local Porter service that can tend to any emergency needs, Close to the charming hamlets of Livingston Manor, Roscoe, Jeffersonville, callicoon, Bethel woods and more! There’s so much to do, great places to eat, hike, swim and see! Please check out my guidebook or reach out for personal suggestions. Car, you need a car. Not great for toddlers. There are stairs and a sloped yard. The fence overlooking the river is very old and shouldn’t be leaned on. If you have kids you should be prepared to watch them at all times especially if they are under 6 years old. Also we have no baby/toddler proofing, so please keep that in mind before you book. The house is also on a road leading up to hunter lake, so if you have small children please keep an eye out the they don’t run into the road.
