This holiday house is situated 3 km away from the small village of Athis, 35 km to the south of Reims. The royal city of Reims is in the heart of the famous Champagne region, famous for its unique architecture, the cathedral and the numerous Champagne houses. The holiday home enjoys an idyllic location in a water-rich area. The cottage offers a small private pond (3000 square metres) right at the doorstep. How about a pleasant holiday amid the wide green landscape, where the chirping of birds awakes you in the morning? The owner himself has beautified the house, as can be seen from the photos of the living room. The garden is fenced, but the lake is not. Hence, you must keep a watch on your small children. NB : A jet-ski club is located on the nearby 20 acres lake so there may be a bit of engine roaring to be expected.
