Le Clos : Sparkling Jewel double room

My place is close to the town centre of this historic little market town, but very quiet in the countrside. TV and kettle in the room. There is a parking space. It is good for the monthly farmers market, Lincoln, Hull, Beverly or the coast. Lots of cafes, pubs and small shops. A good place to relax. Easy travel to Hull City of Culture events. Please note the nearest railway station is Barnetby. Transport can be arranged. Continental breakfast is offered. Two bedrooms available, a twin- bedded room is under another listing not available at the moment, but guests could use it instead. This double bedroom has own T.V. The main bathroom has just been modernised and is light and airy, a separate toilet; also a shower room with wash basin and toilet. A downstairs toilet available. Locks are inside all bedrooms, bathrooms and toilets. You may live as one of the family. You may use the kitchen, conservatory, garden, lounge in the evening. Pick up and drop off at Barnetby station/ Airport may be available. A quiet road leading to fields. Railway station at Barnetby is 3 miles away, Scunthorpe 7 miles, buses every half hour to Scunthorpe and beyond. Humberside Airport 15 mins away. I have no infants policy but if you do bring a small child with own travel cot I will charge £7.50 extra.
