Small house by the sea build 2016.

A new build cottage with the sea as closest neighbours. You can enjoy the sun the whole day, by the sea swimming at the beach and end the day on a sunny veranda overlooking the sunset right over the sea. A perfect spot to enjoy peaceful nature right where you are or as a starting point to explore beautiful Bohuslän and Gothenburg. Ask us about special requests as stand up paddling, bikes, excursions, trail running, swimming, golf, etc. 30 square meters and 15 square meter veranda. Kitchen with fridge and freezer cabinet, ceramic stove and oven. Water boiler and micro. Bathroom with WC and shower. One bedroom is equiped with a double bed (140 cm). The other with a "family bed" with room for 2 adults or 2-3 children (80 cm + 120 cm). pillows, blankets, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, water boiler, salt, pepper, oil, dish wash detergent and kitchen towel is included. Bed linen and towels can be provided at a cost of 150 SEK/person, if you don't bring your own. There are nice public beaches close by (5-10 min by car) and access to the sea (stony area) just down the hill. There is a small road in front of the house on which people with houses further in on the road will pass (3 houses). You can park next to the house. If you find the road up the hill too steep to feel comfortable, you are welcome to park at the curve halfway up. We are available to answer questions by the messages. We live in the house down the hill but are not always at home. If we are, we’re happy to help, in person. Amazing view and sunset from the veranda. Nice walks in a forest close by and by the sea. Parking just by the house. 1-2 cars. Bus stop 300 m. We will take care of the recyclables for you as long as you put them in the associated bin in the house.
