Fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher. HD 4K smart tv in the lounge and fibre broadband throughout, it has a good 4G signal anyway so comms shouldn’t be an issue. In the bedrooms, we have hanging rails in both rooms and a large set of drawers in the double room. For your added comfort we have provided both anti allergy and feather pillows which If you are anything like me, saves you bringing your own 🤔🥰 We will not rent rooms only, the complete flat is there for your privacy and comfort, for weekly and longer stays there will be a mid week clean and towel change with a bedlinen change weekly, there is both a washing machine and dryer should you require personal items laundered and we provide both laundry and dishwasher pods for your use. We have created a file where we share our recommendations for local and further afield activities and foodie favourites which are very close. myself and family live literally minutes away and someone is always available to meet, welcome and assist with any queries, concerns or advice. The flat is on the outskirts of the town but within a few yards of the main bus routes and a few minutes drive to the local train station. We are literally 5 minutes in the car to the beach and 15 minutes to Newcastle. A 10-15 minute walk to local shops and pubs or a few minutes by car. Parking is on the road and generally right outside the front door. Cramlington is a family friendly town, with a good selection of restaurants, shops, cinema, parks and pubs, we also boast a good sports centre with a swimming pool, bowling alley, climbing walls etc etc and by no means last, the wonderful Northumberlandia walk! We will provide a basket of breakfast goodies along with a couple a treats to ease you into relaxation mode, whilst it’s our first venture in the short term rental world, we spend a good proportion of our time travelling and recognise the importance of comfort and our aim is to make you feel immediately at home.
