House with pergola and playground

House in a big garden with pergola and children's playground just 70m from the front door, city Zlin 9 km away and famous ZOO Lesna 6 km away. Situated in a calm village. House is situated in a big garden, in a very calm location, in the middle of a village just 70m from children's playground that offers among many other facilities a ping pong table (rackets available), the house is also close to other sport facilities (tennis, swimming pool), ZOO, golf club and spa in Kostelec. The house is located on a hill so if arriving by car you can park it in the garage on the top of the hill right next to the house. In case you find it difficult to reach the garage (I have Skoda Fabia and it is ono problem for me) you can park down the hill approx. 70 m from the house. There is a parking space just let me know and I will show you. You will be able to use the entire house. Based on availability I will greet you and also say goodbye. In case I won't have time I will ask somebody else to let you in and show you around. I occasionally live in the house, but during your stay you will have it just to your self. I will just leave few personal items there that won't disturb you I hope. We have another house next to this one so I might be staying there during your stay in case you needed anything. I can show you the neighbourhood and pick you up when you arrive in case you won't be arriving in a car. I am very friendly and eager to practice my English. The house is on a hill with a beautiful view of the neighbourhood in the middle of small village. Just few steps from the front door there is a new children's playground where also adults can play ping pong. When the weather is nice you can sit in the pergola and enjoy the nature and calm. If you want you can walk to the near sport centre and play tennis or visit the local swimming pool. Frequent bus stop that takes you to Zlin is just 5 minutes from the house. Train station is 5 km away in Zelechovice nad Drevnici. Ideal is to have a car. 1. ) Water is from a well. 2.) Bakery is about 200m from the house. Grocery store is approx. 1km away.
