The Villa Karl is our individually furnished house for max. 6 persons with pool for exclusive and undisturbed use with pleasant privacy. The 2700 m2 large, Mediterranean planted plot with 200 years old olive trees, as well as orange, lemon and fig trees is secluded grown with oleander and cypress bushes and completely fenced. It offers many possibilities and retreat as much space for children's games. Our home is comfortable and tasteful furnishings. We attach great importance to ensuring that you feel comfortable in our personal equipment well. Here, the Villa Karl is in a prime and inhabited all year round - ie not tourist - residential area Mandurias, surrounded by large old olive plantations and vineyards. At the same time the next village Uggiano Montefusco is located across the street close to just 1.5 km.
