Cosy country house with charming garden

This charming country home is both very peaceful and conveniently located 300m from the center of the village with all convenience. You will enjoy its quiteness, comfort and the garden. Inside, the house is very bright, warm and cosy. Open fire. Oak flooring. All modern equipment (wifi, tv, washing machine, drier, dishwasher). NB: 2 of the 3 rooms are en-suite, i.e. NOT separate/private (see details and photos). The region is rural countryside with magnificient hiking, jogging and cycling. The house has 3 sleeping rooms, 1 on the groundfloor and 2 en-suite on the first floor. 4 beds upstairs, 3 downstairs. The rooms upstairs are nicely 'nested' in the attic. It is cosy and charming, and especially suited for family with young children, or for living between close friends. The house can also nicely accomodate two couples, with 2 twin-bed rooms, one upstairs and one on the groundfloor. The bathroom on 1st floor is open on the middle room (see photos). So the en-suite rooms upstairs do not have full privacy. NB: the 1st floor has only 1,8m height under ridge which can be constraining for tall people, as can be seen from the pictures. NB: we currently (february 2020) DO NOT have WIFI and TV : works are due in coming days following a change of operator. We are available by phone any time for help or guidance, and can come to the house in case of emergency/need. The house is localted 300m from the center of the village of Grez-Doiceau. The region is really rural countryside, yet Grez-Doiceau offers all convenience at walking distance from the house: supermarket, bakery, bank, public transport etc.. Located on the quite outskirts of the village. It is less then 15km from the Unversity of Louvain-la-Neuve, less then 10km from Wavre, approximately 20km from Louvain, and 35km from Brussels. The house has 2 parking place. We share our 4 bikes. The bus stop is 300m from the house. The whole area is a paradise for countryside walking, jogging, and cycling. We are also walking distance from the scenic golf du Bercuit. Note that 4 beds are in en-suite rooms on the 1st floor, in the attic, and that the bathroom on 1st floor is open on the middle room (see photos). The en-suite rooms have less privacy. It is cosy and charming, and especially suited for family with young children, or for living between close friends. It also means that the ceilings and doors are low, which can be a discomfort for tall people. Two rooms have twin beds: single beds set side-by-side (i.e. there is no double bed in the house).
