2 double bedrooms are available to rent in a contemporary large detached house. Please look through the photos, which accurately show the house. Separate bathroom (to be shared with other guests – if any) which is extremely clean. Use of the kitchen (with crockery etc) and garden (which has a table and chairs on the decking area). Towels can be supplied. Wireless internet access. The neighbourhood is very green and very quiet. Lots of grassy areas to go for walks or for children to play. There are 2 pubs within walking distance and local shops for any conveniences. The house is 10 minutes walk to Ockendon train station or a £3 taxi ride if you do not like walking! Ockendon train station gives access to Westfield Shopping Centre near the former Olympic site within 20 mins, and is direct to Fenchurch Street (central London) within 30 minutes. Lakeside shopping centre is 10 minutes away, and Bluewater shopping centre is also close by. Guests will have access to the living room, the kitchen and the bathroom. Please do not enter any other rooms outside of that which has been assigned to you. I confirm that I live in the property and will be present during your stay, unless I advise you otherwise. Parking is available outside the property.
