The dining conservatory leads to a walled courtyard and a Hot Tub. Situated opposite the park and a few minutes walk to the pretty market town of Ashbourne. The private courtyard has a hot tub, and the kitchen contains a bar and karaoke machine, so your group will never get bored! During this current time, bedrooms will be reduced to suit your numbers. Although you'll still have exclusive use of the house, we will only open the number of bedrooms based on the number of guests you book for. If you need more bedrooms, or you need just 1 guest per bedroom, additional charges will apply. Some of the bedrooms have the option of being double or single beds, while some have beds for 3 guests. We can leave a travel cot and high chair, just request these in advance and bring bedding for the cot. The hot tub may be emptied, cleaned and refilled on a Wednesday and/or Friday between 7am and 4pm. Therefore, the hot tub may not be up to temperature until late evening. Please bear this in mind if your stay is over a Wednesday or Friday. We recommend bringing a pool towel for the hot tub.
