Spacious house (135m2) with 3 bedrooms (7 beds) in a quiet neighborhood. Free parking in front of the house. The house is very close to a park with kids playground, fishing pond, bowling, boat rental and golf course. At 300 meters an indoor ski and snowboard track with real snow. Indoor playground at 200 meters. Shopping center 6 minutes away with supermarket opened 7 days a week. Only 30 minutes from The Hague, Rotterdam, Delft, Leiden, Scheveningen,and only 45 min from Amsterdam + Zandvoort Large living area with a big sofa, dinner table for 8 persons. Nice clean kitchen with gas stove, big fridge, oven, microwave and dish-washer. Spacious garden facing south. All day sun. big lounge sofa for 10 people, trampoline, bbq and large umbrella. A large bathroom with bath tub, separtate shower and toilet. On the attic there is another bedroom (3 beds) and a seperate laudry area with washing machine and dryer. Great house for families with children between 0-18 years old. Lots of toys available like a wooden railroad, a very big trampoline, inflatable pool, and lots of lego, playmobil and dinosaurs. You can visit the Eurovision songcontest in Rottetdam and the racing circuit park Zandvoort easily by train. Nearby train station and 45 minutes from airport. Our house is for rent from 9-14 August 2021 and also from 3-4 September 2021 during the Formula 1 at Zandvoort racing. We have 7 beds but 8 is also possible. It's a 30 min drive to Rotterdam. Perfect location when you want to visit Amsterdam, The Hague or Formula 1 racing days
