This means that in addition to the Corona passport, additional rules may apply to your stay, such as the validity period of your vaccination or the requirement for an additional (booster) vaccination. These extra rules are also not a valid reason for cancelling your stay free of charge. - Quarantine measures are also not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. Villa for You is not responsible for unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances before or during your booked holiday period as a result of (adjusted) Corona measures, unless these measures are about a ban on entry in the region where the holiday home you have booked is located. Accommodation description: This is a cosy holiday flat in Brixen im Thale. On the second floor of the house you will live in a 50m² holiday apartment with one bedroom and one bathroom. The large living/dining room offers enough space for the whole family. The location of the property, could not be better! In winter the ski lift is less than one kilometre away. In summer the swimming pool and the swimming lake Brixen are within the same distance. There are also many other activities to do in the area. Supermarkets, ski hire, restaurants and many other shops are all within walking distance! The train station of Brixen im Thale is also only a minute away by car, from where you can explore the region without a car.
