From being warm and cosy by the open fire on those crisp winter evenings or entertaining friends round the BBQ as the sun sets over the English Channel. The garden offers a fantastic area to enjoy those warm summer evenings entertaining. To the front of the property is off road parking for 2 vehicles. The whole house, and large fully fenced garden with large garden table and chairs. safe for pets and children. Chale is a picturesque village located on the southern tip of the Isle of Wight, conveniently located in between Ventnor & Niton. At the foot of St. Catherines down, Chale is spoilt with having fantastic views of the English Channel, local countryside and rolling hills towards The Needles. Church Place is conveniently located for main bus routes which regularly service Chale making the amazing sights and views of the Isle of Wight easy to access. The Victorian seaside town of Ventnor is only 5 minutes away as is the picturesque village of Niton. The Island's main shopping hub, Newport can be reached within 20 minutes with all of the ferry ports approximately a 30 - 40 minute drive away.
