In a previous life The Nurseries was a fruit and vegetable shop and prior to that a bakery. It has character and is within a few minutes walking distance from the centre of Fairford, which is in the heart of the Cotswolds. It is within easy reach of RAF Fairford and RAF Brize Norton as well as Burford, Oxford, Cheltenham, Gloucester and Bristol. The Nurseries is suitable for either business or holiday stays and early breakfasts are available by prior arrangement for working guests. Although one of the rooms is a twin an option of a double can be arranged if requested. Tariff : - Double or Twin Room (2 people sharing) £90 for room including Breakfast. Single occupancy £50 including breakfast. The rooms have tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge. TV and radio alarm is provided. A hair dryer is provided and an iron on request. An Information folder is in the room with leaflets and facts on local tourist attractions to visit and restaurants to eat at including their contact numbers to book ahead. A Breakfast menu is provided and special dietary requirements can be catered for if advance notice given. The conservatory/lounge with a TV is for guests use The breakfast room is where I serve full English breakfast with homemade produce. Guests are also welcome to use the garden in the summer when the weather permits. A bathroom with a bath and shower over, toilet and hand basin is exclusive for guests use. Fairford is an old market town in the Cotswolds and a suitable place to explore the many famous tourist spots. The Nurseries is within a few minutes walk of the River Coln and the centre of Fairford where there is a beautiful old English church with stained glass windows and several coffee houses and restaurants. Public transport is very limited and therefore I would recommend that guests have access to a car. The Nurseries has off road parking at the property and is within 5 minutes walk of the town centre and eating places.
