Hunter Mountain Summer/Ski House - Fall Festivals

7 bedrooms and two 3/4 baths. Sleeps 15+. Large eat in kitchen. Great for a large group or family. 3 miles from Hunter Mountain. Electric fireplace and 47 inch TV in main LR. DVD player, WiFi and internet. Price for New Years, holidays and festival weekends will will be more than the listed price, please inquire first. Also winter rentals for more than one weekend will need additional fee for heating oil. Security deposit (may vary), lease agreement and photo ID required. The house (located on Tannersville - Elka Park border) is large with plenty of room and sleeping for a large party. 3 floors. 5 bedrooms on second floor, 2 bedrooms on 3rd floor. On approximately 1 acre of property the neighbors are not too close, not too far. One mile from Main Street in Tannersville NY, 3 miles from Hunter Mountain and a few more miles to Wyndham NY. The entire house is available for rent to one party/group at a time. I do not reside in the home. This is a summer/winter vacation house and is used by family and friends occasionally. I am available by phone at any time. I do not typically visit the house as it is rented and do site visit before and after, but usually not during, unless needed. Check in and check out are flexible. Depending on caretaker availability, she may need to get in the house after scheduled check out so if you need to stay later just coordinate with us. The neighborhood and most of the area is made up of old homes built in the early 1900s and new homes. The home is 1 mile off of Main Street in Tannersville. Driveway can fit 10 cars. Local taxi services available. Located near the home is North-South Lake, a NYS campground with kayaks, canoes, paddle boats, fishing trails, etc. (good for summertime fun). The home is 3 miles from Hunter Mountain ski slopes and 10 minutes more to Wyndham Mountain. Home is one mile off of Main Street in Tannersville.
