Larksong is a two-bedroom detached seaside bungalow located a few minutes' walk from an uncrowded sandy beach. There is ample parking and a private enclosed garden. Larksong is located on a private estate whose roads are unmade & very uneven, which means cars have to be driven with care/very slowly. Sally and David at 'Let's Holiday in Norfolk' look forward to helping you plan your stay at their privately-owned property. The property is heated by electric radiators (no gas to the premises). Larksong benefits from a large conservatory comfortable seating area which enjoys far-reaching views over open fields towards Happisburgh lighthouse and church - a favourite spot to watch the amazing sunsets over a glass of wine. Visitors will find a comfortable and well-equipped holiday home where they can escape the stresses of everyday lives and chill out. (Newly refurbished WC in 2020!) The setting is rural but Norwich, the Norfolk Broads and East Ruston Old Vicarage Gardens are all within easy reach by car. Beach and country walks are easily accessible - right from the front gate. The location is not served by public transport, therefore a car is essential for your trip. Nearest shops are in Stalham (4 miles away). Also Boundary Farm at Sea Palling sells local farm produce etc. Short breaks are not a problem, please contact the owner for more details. There are many good places to eat out locally, including The Star at Lessingham, Smallsticks Cafe at Cart Gap, The Lighthouse Inn at Walcott, The Ingham Swan, the Goat at Skeyton and The Poacher's Pocket at Walcott to mention a few. A car is essential to access this holiday property. Please note we do not allow dogs or smoking at the property (this helps our guests who suffer from allergies).
