A modern, very recently refurbished cart lodge, set in the backdrop to a beautiful old farm with plenty of stunning views surrounding you. The cart lodge is surrounded by green belt and conservation area in the heart of Surrey alongside plenty of nature! The cart lodge itself is near the farm house but not in too close proximity that you cannot have your own privacy. Easily accessible by train from London Victoria/London bridge (via Hurst green- London Bridge 35 mins & London Victoria 42 mins). The cartlodge has a brand new kitchen with full height fridge and full height freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and fan assisted oven, luxury ergoflex memory foam mattresses on kingsize beds, log burner, LED 60 inch HD 4K TV with Netflix and amazon prime included. There are no carpets. Downstairs is ceramic and upstairs has all wooden floors. A washing machine tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage with drawers and 2 fitted wardrobes in each bedroom. The distance by car to the station is a 5 minute drive and half an hour walk. By car we are five minutes from Junction J6 on the M25. We have a wonderful pub and restaurant within walking distance with spectacular views. Look up The Grumpy Mole Oxted for pictures and menu. Regularly voted one of the best pubs in surrey. The area itself is in close proximity to Chartwell and Hever, countryside walks, golf and tennis clubs, picturesque churches charming local shops and pubs. Across the pond and down a short path leads you to Staffhurst Wood which is a Nature conservation area due to the bluebells in spring/summer. The wood is a beautiful place to go on walks or just to observe the beauty of nature and we provide you with your own set of keys to our private entrance to the ancient wood. The cart lodge which is set in the grounds of a scenic working farm offers you a country get away like no other. The view from your window is truly impressive and the area surrounding it is striking. The cart lodge was only built very recently and is so is in excellent condition, making sure your stay is as smooth as possible. Despite the cart lodge boasting an modern interior the lodge is ideally situated in a traditional British farm. Parking is available and the property is enclosed by gates for security measures. In terms of availability I am situated in the house which is a short walk so if there are any problems I am on hand to help. The neighbourhood itself is Hurst green, we are a short walk from the local pub which offers excellent food and service with a beautiful outdoor area that looks on to idyllic countryside. This area in particular has many walks around it which you can access in a short walk. The town of oxted with plenty of shops, restaurants and facilities is only a five minute drive from us. There is a cinema, large supermarket, lots of hairdressers and an indoor swimming pool. Hurst green station is 5 minutes away by car and has parking and trains to london Victoria (30 mins) and London bridge (30 mins)
