Idyllisches Haus in Ruhelage mit Aussicht

Mehrere hundert Jahre altes Haus, befindet sich mitten in Kremsmünster, gleich neben dem Benediktinerstift. Idyllische, ruhige Lage mit einer herrlichen Aussicht ins Kremstal von unserer Terrasse aus. Wir sind auf Reisen und vermieten in der Zeit unser Haus, das wir ansonsten selbst bewohnen. Der Schlüssel wird hinterlegt. Unser Kater Findus wird weiterhin dort wohnen. Fütterung kann entweder organisiert oder aber vom Gast selber übernommen werden. Our house counting some hundred years is located nearby the monastery of Kremsmünster. It's an idyllic place we live in with a lot of nature and a great view from our terasse. We are a family who wants to rent the house during their vacation. Our cat Findus will stay here. You can decide whether you want to feed our cat or if we organise somebody who will care about this. You will have access to nearly all rooms of our house besides the attic and two storage rooms. You can use the garden and our two terasses. And you can eat our tomatos if you want to :). Kremsmünster is a nice little place with a long history, which you can discover by making a tour through the old monastery (church, visit famous Tassilokelch, Sternwarte or museum). The town offers everything you need for everyday life and even more (shop with toys for children, bookstore, cafes and restaurants) Our house is located 30 minutes from Linz (by car). We also have a station in Kremsmünster. Trains run every hour to Linz and you have to count 40 minutes by train. Salzburg is only 1 hour drive away by car. The lake district (Attersee, Mondsee, Traunsee etc.) only 30 - 45 minutes depending on the lake. You can make wonderfull walkings in the mountains which are about 30 minutes away. You could even make a day trip to Vienna. We recommend the train. You have to count 2,5 hours one way.
