Bellevue Linz, fantastic view and closed parking.

Welcome to Bellevue Linz, a unique and cosy apartment overlooking the Donau valley and Linz city, nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Suited for business stays in the city, or romantic week-ends. Longer stays are welcome. You are free to use the house Wifi, but there is no TV in the flat. No extra cleaning fees! This apartment is situated at the first floor of our house and is entirely private. You enter the property by an outside staircase (12 steps), then through a glasshouse. The glasshouse and the small terrace are private and offer a beautiful view! Inside, the main area consist of a kitchen, a bathroom and a living-room. In the living room there is coach and a diner table. The bedroom follows with its ensuite WC. There is no window in the bedroom, which makes it very quiet and dark. The whole area as described above is private only to you. The space is yours, but I am available on (Hidden by Airbnb) for your questions. Linz center is 5km away, and offers a great variety of cultural events, small markets, restaurants, and festivals. The flat is situated on the flank of a hill, with a steep road of about 800m leading to it from the main road and the bus stop (bus 33). The flat is in a blind street. There is no car noise, no traffic. Although the apartment is overlooking the city, the woods are just behind the house, inviting for an evening stroll. From a little bit higher up, by clear weather, you can admire the magnificent chain of the Alps. 4km from our house, there is a charming guest house in the woods, perfect for a lunch or a typical Austrian cake with a cup of coffee. A beautiful lake is located only 10 mins walk, with a very nice restaurant on its shore. 4.5km away, there is the Josef Kepler University, 8mn by car. 7.8km away, there is the Industrial Park, 11mn by car. Please be aware that the flat is situated in a steep uphill, and the reward is the view! If you come with your own car, you can park it in our garage. If you do not have transportation, there is a bus stop downhill, 800m from the apartment, bringing you to Linz centre in about 30mn and to the train station in about 40mn. 4.5km away, there is the Josef Kepler University, 8mn by car. Also attainable by bus 7.8km away, there is the Industrial Park, 11mn by car. There are reasonable electric bike rental outlets in Linz, which can be a good option if you want to stay for a longer time. Linz offers many cycle paths, and the city center is 25mn away from the flat with a bike.
