comfortable, relaxed home with pool and fields

My place is close to parks, art and culture, restaurants and dining, and great views. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the neighbourhood, the outdoors space, the light, and the comfy bed. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). a very relaxed, informal and creative home , with stunning fields to enjoy and an above ground pool that is heated . The house is comfortable l loved and lived in with a lovely natural garden and trampoline and wonderful walks through our fields at the back of the house,. the garden, pool and field is available for use and use of kitchen and back dining area by agreement. so happy to interact with guest as much or as little as they choose, you will certainly have a warm welcome and i have such a love of this area that I am happy to share all the best places to go and things to do. we have been known to play badminton with our guests on our field if the mood thankless you ! glorious neighbourhood, stunning walks, great pubs, friendly villagers, wonderful farm shops and the historical Arundel , Petworth, Chichester Good wood all within 15 mins drive i can pick people up from pulborough station 7 mins drive away , there are hourly buses from the village to chichester arundel etc.. and taxi firms please ensure that noise levels are to a minimum in the pool and safety protocols with kids etc.. are strictly adhered to.
