Modern apartment with cozy loft

Light, small and modern studio located in one of Uppsala's new innovative areas. Interesting floor plan of 27m^2, with 4m in ceiling height and a loft as bedroom. Located on the roof top is an raceway. In the building you can find a grocerie store and gym. The area offers restaurants and some cozy hiking trails nearby. 10 min with public transport to the city center. The loft is approximately 150cm high and you get there by a stairway/ladder. The apartment therefor does not fit disabled or elderly. I won´t be part of the stayment other then for check in/out. However I will always be there to answer any questions or such Parking with fee is available next to the building. Bus stop is approx 2 min from the apartment and taked about 10min to the city center. When you make a reservation please message your check in time. At the check in I will be there in person to leave the keys.
