Friendly pets accepted .Close to A1 and Newark, Retford and Lincoln. Self service breakfast is available. Lovely gated enclosed garden and plenty of parking. Very close to A1 All garden area Guests will have their privacy, we are available for questions and advice when needed. Set in vast countryside there is a lovely children’s play park just around the corner and a small basketball court on the premises. The village of Tuxford is a 5 minute drive with take aways and a good pub /restaurant, The Fountain. There is a Mcdonalds at Markham Moor approx 8 min drive. Retford station is approx 20 minute drive with free parking and direct trains to London. Newark is a 20 minute drive and Lincoln 30 mins. Sundown Adventure Land 10 min drive. Clumber Park 15 min drive. Good base for Lincoln Christmas Market. We are a 5 min drive from the A1 It is a very quiet area but you will hear the normal countryside noises of owls birds! 🦉🐦
