The Studio , Church Barn

The Studio is a light airy self contained space. Bedroom with a double bed , wardrobe and drawers. There is a shower room with electric shower and a heated towel rail. The kitchenette has a butler sink and a butchers trolley. It has everything you need for your stay. There is a microwave, kettle, caffeiterre, toaster, sandwich toaster, electric egg boiler. There is no cooker Use of a sunny courtyard . We are usually around if you need anything so don’t hesitate to ask Private gated parking and separate entrance to the Studio. We do have cats who will not bother you unless you want them to . Bathrobes and indoor slippers provided so please no outdoor shoes thanks Please note there is no cooker in the studio Use of a sunny courtyard We are usually around so if you need anything just knock or if we are not in give us a call Our property is on a non dairy farm down a private lane which is also a public footpath. You can walk to Bentley and down to the River Stour . There is a local shop , hairdresser and a tea shop which is very popular. We are very near to East Bergholt and Flatford. There are riding stables nearby and a few sailing clubs . There are some lovely places to eat with views over the rivers and the sea At the end of the lane is the A137. One direction Ipswich , the other Manningtree. There is a bus every hour from 7 am - 6 pm every day but not Sundays Main line train from Manningtree to Liverpool Street is approx 55 minutes. For weekly stays towels will be changed half way through. There is a heated towel rail for you to dry your towels after use. Due to Covid 19 and the requirement for an enhanced clean between guests please checkout promptly by 10am There is a trug under the sink with cloths and cleaning products in case of accidents. There is a recycling trug outside Please please tell me if you do not require breakfast . I detest waste and this has been happening a lot lately . Also I dont provide special dietary foods.
