Stone Cottage for two adults with private gardens and Cedar Hot Tub

Ma Chaleur is an ideal retreat for couples and is all on one level, with no stairs. This stone detached cottage was renovated in 2014. It is set at the heart of a private hamlet, in 17 acres of pasture and plum orchards. It is one of two cottages in the hamlet to be let during 2017. 20 minutes south of Bergerac airport and central to all attractions; the cottage of warm stone and oak beams has one large bedroom, separate lounge and kitchen, and bathroom with roll-top bath and separate over-sized shower. The kitchen, lounge and bedroom all lead directly out to a decked terrace and large private garden. A cedar Soaking Tub built into the decking is set to 32 degrees during the summer to cool off from the heat of the day. For cooler evenings and during Spring and Autumn the Tub can be heated to 35 degrees. You also have access to our fully equipped gymnasium, with a complete range of fitness machines, free weights and CV equipment.
