"Shipwrecked" -Romance with your special someone!

It's a special COUPLES ONLY theme room like you've never seen before! Tucked in the middle of 80 peaceful acres, you can really ESCAPE with your special someone. What could be better? This side of duplex is called SHIPWRECKED. Imagine being marooned on an island. But THIS one has a 2 person waterfall hot tub, a queen size loft bed overlooking the island, tiki hut, and pop-up TV in the "wrecked boat". Trees, lake, fire pit, boats, tasty treats, picnic area, romantic lighting. READ THE REVIEWS! Located in a duplex building up on the hill, in the trees, away from the main house, this is no ordinary romantic getaway rental! In SHIPWRECKED you’ll experience the life of a couple that has been marooned on a deserted island. Your boat was washed ashore after a storm and perhaps a visit from……a shark too? Oh NO! But the ocean waves are crashing and the tropical birds and bugs are serenading you (with the help of sound machines). We’ve done our best to help you enjoy your “island isolation” with as many comforts that could be built using the “island materials”. Luckily some prior inhabitants have somehow rigged up a two-person lighted waterfall hot tub, and what’s left of your boat has been converted into comfy seating with a pop-up TV! Up on the rock and vegetation ledge, there is a queen-size Serta Perfect Sleeper bamboo bed under the twinkly lights and a tree, where you can enjoy a star-lit sky. Wait! Is that headboard showing evidence of (Website hidden by Airbnb) Yikes! An oversize “rain shower” will help wash away your cares, and check out the rock/waterfall bathroom sink. Where IS that faucet handle? Maybe turn that piece of wood......? We are always looking for special treats to make your stay even more memorable. Working with several chefs, we think we've come up with a FANTASTIC combination. Each couple will have some wonderful treats waiting in the room-Tiramisu in a jar, Lemon Ricotta cheesecake in a jar, banana walnut bread, and an oatmeal cream pie "cookie" that is out of this world. Doesn't that sound tasty? Trust me. It is! In the mini-galley the Keurig coffee machine is ready with assorted flavored coffees, teas, hot chocolate, creamers and sweeteners. In the mini-fridge are 2 bottles of water that were salvaged before many of the provisions were lost in the ocean. Just added 2/10/22 a BEAUTIFUL BRAND NEW glass fire pit on the front porch with dual seating and new featured romantic lighting. It's all overlooking the woods and the lake in a setting that is sure to please! ALSO JUST ADDED March 1st>>>>>The Picnic Place! In a clearing in the woods behind the building we've added a BBQ grill, prep table, picnic table, swing and some COOL lighting! Bring your charcoal and grilling utensils! It's another cozy "nook" on the property! We are tucked in the middle of 80 acres with a small lake down in front, and a few small ponds on the property. There is a glider bench as well as chaise lounges and rocking chairs at the lake or you might want to try the pedal-boat or row boat. A patio heater will help take the chill off on those cool nights. We invite you to enjoy the scenery and fresh air, away from the noise and bustle of the city. The fantasy rooms have their own WIFI separate from the main house, and room TV’s feature a ROKU box with a wide variety of entertainment like Tubi, Pluto TV, Crackle, IMDB TV, and CW. To keep you comfy, each side has its own separate central HVAC (furnace and air conditioner) controlled by an Ecobee digital thermostat. In spite of feeling like the “middle of nowhere” the property is PERFECTLY located just 25 minutes west of Atlanta and 3 minutes off Interstate 20 in scenic Villa Rica. Enjoy shopping, unique local restaurants, and attractions such as Little Vines Winery, Pine Mountain Gold Museum, Clinton Nature Preserve, Llamas On The Loose Farm (featuring tours and llama walks) and more! On certain weekends the city of Villa Rica hosts FREE music concerts and comedy acts outside at The Mill Amphitheatre! Just 15 minutes down the road in Carrollton you can spend time hiking or biking on The Greenbelt and of course, shopping and dining. LOTS to see and do west of ATL, and we’d be happy to give you help and guidance while you enjoy your time immersed in your couples-only fantasy room getaway. After that, any interaction is up to the guests. We have plenty of parking on 80 acres. There is a large parking area right at the suite building. Yes, this is a romantic theme room like you’ve NEVER seen before! There are all sorts of hidden details and unique ideas! But in addition to this one-of-a-kind room, here are a few other things that are ALSO a part of your stay! *A private lake out front with a pedal boat and a row boat for your use. *Outdoor table and chairs at the boat house for a romantic drink, snack or meal. *Rocking chairs at the boat house for relaxation with a patio heater for chilly times. *Chaise lounges at the lake/dock for getting that perfect tan. *The Picnic Place-a wooded area with BBQ grill, prep table, picnic table and swing. *A gas fire pit and dual loveseat on the front porch with romance lighting. *Our special treat package with several tasty goodies and two bottles of water. * A variety of games in the room for rainy days. *80 acres to explore with two lakes, ponds, woods and open fields.
