There is a good sized living room with beamed ceiling and wood burner and there is a separate dining room, fitted kitchen with appliances, two double bedrooms ( 1 Double Bed with king size bed & 2 Single Beds ), and one bathroom and one separate shower room.. Bed linen and towels are provided for the king size bed and 2 x twin beds ( can join to form double) Log Burner - guests should bring their own fire lighters, & kindling. logs can be purchased locally. One dogs allowed subject to our terms and conditions, & may include a cleaning surcharge of £14 per dog. Strictly no smoking policy A £50 deposit may in some cases be required, which is fully refundable after your stay , subject to any breakages or extra cleaning beyond fair wear and tear.
