Beau View Manor consists of an original home which dates back well over 100 years that has been added to numerous times over its history. Inside, you'll notice some of the unique design features which were built into the home including floating hardwood ceilings, vanities with fully functional sinks in every bedroom, built-in bedside light switches, and an intriguing built in kitchen table. A one-of-a-kind country luxury experience. The home has a large, well maintained lawn/yard with a fire pit, swing set, and lots of room for activities. The large 2-car garage offers another space that guests can take advantage of for activities/storage/parking, etc. While the house is not air conditioned, it has built in climate control in its 30+ windows - when opened on both sides of the house the summer breeze flows freely through and cycles the air very efficiently leaving the house cooler and fresher. You'll feel right at home in this wonderful country setting with cozy interior finishes and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the Island's clean, fresh air. The manor is located on the property of what, until just over a decade ago, was a fur farming operation. When market conditions became unfavorable and the business ceased operations, the property was sold. Once ownership changed, the century old home began the conversion process into changing the space to be the charming historical space in a unique and picturesque PEI farm setting to be enjoyed by our guests. Guests have access to the entire home and large yard. Guests are not permitted to enter any of the barns or outbuildings located on the adjacent property. I am happy to provide assistance to guests during their stay as needed. I am available by text, phone call, or email message. My husband and I live very close by and can provide assistance if something comes up.
