The property is a village house with an astounding view from the large terrace. The house originates from the 30’s and has been recently renovated with respect to tradition. It is located in a peaceful neighbor in front of the sea, near the piney peninsula of Ermioni named “Bisti” and within a walking distance from the village center (taverns, shops, super-markets, nightlife, banks, bakeries). Several coves to swim are nearby, among which the pebbly one (Maderi) at the backside of the house and the wonderful ones at “Bisti”. Every location is within a five minute walking distance from the house. It is a full working house that consists of a ground floor and an attic. On the ground floor there is a master bedroom with a double bed, a comfort living room with two sofa-beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a hall used as a dining room and a private bathroom. In the attic, there is a second bedroom with a double bed and another room with two single beds. The house is equipped with three air conditioners and a fan. All furniture and decor originate simplicity, providing a unique character with warmth and friendly atmosphere. At the exterior, the big veranda has outdoor furniture and a charcoal barbeque. There is also a beautiful garden. It is shady, ideal for relaxing and admiring the sea view and the sunset. It is the perfect place for peaceful and relaxing vacations and that is why, it represents a unique destination for families and couples. The house is fully equipped for a pleasant stay because we love our guests to feel like home and enjoy to the fullest their vacations.
