Oasis at the sea, private room

The room is on the ground floor in the Villa , with a separate entrance. There is a bed, a place to sit, a small cooking place with a fridge and a sleeping seat for a second person. Bathroom beside. Very beautiful garden with a lot of sunny or shady spots, depending on your needs. Just 1-2 minutes to the sea. On the beach there are parasols, 2 public showers and the Cafe Del Mar next door. In the village everything you need. 2 supermarkets, pharmacies and taverns. Chalkida is 1/2 hour away. You have a lovely view into the big garden with a lot of beautiful flowers and with the dancing From the street you have a door to the big garden and a garden path leads to the house. You can use all terraces and seating ( except the guesthouse area). The dancing place in the garden invites to meditate, making yoga/ eurythmie/ dance / gymnastics or what else... In a small room you find all things you need for relaxed hours at the sea, as deckchairs, air mattresses or water toys. I like to give you tips for what you can do here in the region. If you are without car, I pick you up from ( or drive you to ) the train in Vath/Avlida ( for some money) . I also take you with me to Chalkida to show you good restaurants and nice places there ( we share the money for the car). I'm happy if there is good communication and you feel good in my oasis here. Mostly I am here and you can rech me always per cellphone. Even if I like to be in contact with my guests, I of course leave you all the free and private time that you wish and need. Next door there is a nice cafe ( CAFE DEL MAR ) where you drink the typical 'cafe freddo', meet people, relax, listen to music and have a beautiful view to the sea. You also can have your cafe directly on the beach there. On Saturdays you can buy your fruits and vegetables on the street market in the village. There is an excellent fish restaurant about 15 minutes walk on the beach. Enough parking places directly in front of the garden on the street. You can walk on the beach to a very nice sandy beach with red rocks. If you turn to the other side after a walk from about 15 min. you come to a very good fish restaurant ( KIMA )and after 45 minutes you will reach the promenade with restaurants, tavernas and a small fishing port. For visiting Chalkida, a very nice town full of life, you can take the bus from the kiosk here. It passes Vathy, the next bigger village where you find the administration/ police and the post office. The bridge to Chalkida is the connection between the land and Evia, a non touristic beautiful island. If you go over the mountains to the other side , you find some beautiful beaches. If you like to visit Athens, you go from Vathy by train. It takes you just a bit more than 1 hour. If there are other guests you have to communicate about using the stuff for the beach, the washing machine and the grill. We all have- like all people here in Greece a break time from 2 until about 16.or 16.30 o'clock. Please be so kind not to disturb others. Take care with the marble plates if you have wet feet, it very slippery! Please don't let the dogs out of the garden!
