The kitchen/diner has a high ceiling which brings a great sense of space into the room, the kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, providing everything you need for a home away from home stay. The charming farmhouse dining table is the perfect spot for a lazy breakfast and plan the day’s activities ahead. Heading upstairs, the cottage offers two bedrooms, one king-size complimented with beautiful pine furniture and one twin overlooking the rear garden. The bathroom, also on this floor offers shower over bath and WC. Whaley Bridge, or the Gateway to the Goyt Valley, is an attractive small town located on the edge of the Peak District National Park. At the head of the Peak Forest Canal, the area boasts pretty walks and cycle paths along the water towards Bridgemount and Buxworth. Sat on the edge of a beautiful memorial park boasting a peaceful river and reservoir. There is also an array of pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops to choose from so you can stock up for your stay. The train station with links to Manchester and Buxton is a short stroll away.
