Welcome to our new, bright & fully furnished apartment. We offer you quiet & cozy living on approx. 80sqm area. Our apartment includes: 2 bedrooms for up to 2 people each A spacious living / dining area with plenty of natural light and direct access to our sunny balcony where you can comfortably linger with up to 6 people. A fully equipped / new kitchen. 1 guest toilet 1 bath incl. WC, bath tub & shower The pictures shown at the moment show the state before renovation and new furniture. Thus, these only serve as examples so that you can get an idea of the object beforehand. As soon as all work has been completed, we will post the new images here. In the basement of the house you will also find a shared bicycle cellar and a shared washing and drying room. The scope of the apartment also includes a washing machine and dryer. There is also a shared drying room. A separate / lockable basement room is also available. Our apartment is located in a quiet & traffic-calmed 30s zone. A central bus stop is in front of the house. Shops, restaurants and sports facilities (fitness studio) and a safe children's playground are in the immediate vicinity and can therefore be reached on foot in just a few steps. We would like to expressly mention that the comfort and satisfaction of our guests is very important to us. Therefore, we would like to point out that the keeping of animals of any kind in our accommodation is prohibited. Likewise, smoking is not permitted in the apartment. If you want to smoke, you can of course use the existing balcony.
