In addition to the dining table, you will find a complete kitchen, which includes a refrigerator and a dishwasher. In addition to a classic coffee machine, a Senseo coffee machine is also available. A special wooden floor not only ensures an appealing ambience, but thanks to underfloor heating - as in the other rooms - warm feet. And thanks to the automatic blinds, you can individually limit the amount of daylight. Directly from the living room you reach the large south-facing terrace where you can sunbathe and directly onto a wide fens with sheep - "Fenne" is the Frisian term for "pasture land" - as well as the small Lister church. There is also a garden area. In addition to the living room you will find on the ground floor also a toilet with shower area. In the upper part of your feel-good domicile there are four bedrooms with a total of seven beds; two of the rooms have wall mounted TVs.
