Stunning apartment in the heart of Leamington Spa

Beautiful period Georgian apartment located in the heart of Royal Leamington Spa, just five minutes from the train station. This recently refurbished apartment is situated among the hustle and bustle of one of the most vibrant yet historic towns in the UK. Your flat will be located above the oldest Real Tennis Club in the world, est. in 1846. Lawn tennis was also invented in Leamington Spa by members of the club, why not pop downstairs and take at look! The flat has recently been restored to an incredibly high spec whilst retaining the period Georgian features that make staying in Royal Leamington Spa so special. The place is good for solo visits, couples, business travellers and small groups alike. The apartment has one bedroom with twin beds which can be made up as either an emperor or separated to form two single beds. The sleeping arrangements are perfect for one to two people, but we can accommodate one more on the sofa bed in the living room. Just let us know your requirements before your stay and we will accommodate your needs. The living area has to be seen to be believed - it benefits from being incredibly light and spacious and with luxurious fittings it is the perfect get away to relax or catch up on some work after a busy day. Guests can enjoy: - Fresh linen and towels - Toiletries - Tea & coffee - TV with Chromecast In the space: - Open Plan living area with sofa bed and dining table - Modern fully equipped kitchen - Separate Master bedroom with twin beds that can be pushed together to make an emperor sized double bed (just let us know if you require this set up) - En suite shower room to high spec The apartment is accessed via a ground floor private door, which leads to stairs to the first floor where the space is situated. We will leave guests to their own devices but let us know if there is anything you need and we will be happy to help. A stay in Royal Leamington Spa is a special one - with so many historic sites and things to do on your door step you won't be disappointed. Close to Victoria Park, Jephson Gardens, the river and the Pump rooms, Warwick and Warwick castle, Kenilworth and Kenilworth castle, Stratford-upon-Avon and the Royal Shakespeare Theatre plus the Cotswolds. Please note that the flat is in the town centre and due to its location some external noise may be heard. Regular train services are available to all parts of the country from Leamington train station. There are also very regular bus services to all local towns via the Parade, just a two minute walk away. You really have no need for a car during your stay. Whilst there is no dedicated free parking, there is a multi story car park just 100 yards from the flat. This charges a very reasonable £4.50 for 24 hours parking.
